Terms and Conditions

Yacht bookings 

• Booking times/ dates / routes may be subject to change due to unsafe weather/sea conditions. You will always be notified if this is the case as soon as possible. If your booking is for any reason cancelled by us you will be issued a full refund.

• If you choose to cancel your booking your deposit is fully refundable up to 10 days before the date of your trip, after this your deposit will not be refunded

• If you cancel 3 days or less before the trip you will be obliged to pay the full amount for the trip due to short notice cancellation

• The balance of your trip is due on the day, payment on the day can be made in cash. Payment made by any other method e.g. card/bank transfer incurs an additional 13% VAT. 

• You will be required to send passport details, hotel name and contact number for all passengers. Failure to do so may result in the trip being cancelled/delayed at your own cost. This information is required for safety regulations by Zakynthos Port Authorities.

• If there is a big increase in the fuel costs from the time of booking there may be a small extra charge for this, you will be informed if this is the case before and given options

• Drinking alcohol is allowed onboard

• The use of recreational drugs is forbidden and may result in legal action

• The passenger is liable for damages caused by the passenger to the property/ their possessions

• Please arrive on time for your trip, if you arrive late the time cannot be added to the trip

• Please report any accidents to your captain and they will provide you with the necessary first aid

• LuxurE Travel is not liable for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, prior, during or as a result of the trip. Exception to this is damage caused by a deliberate act or the gross negligence of LuxurE Travel

• Children fall under the responsibility of the parent(s)

Speedboat Tour Bookings

• Booking times and day may be subject to change due to unsafe weather/sea conditions. You will always be notified if this is the case as soon as possible. If your booking is for any reason cancelled by us you will be issued a full refund
• If you choose to cancel your booking your deposit is fully refundable up to 10 days before the date of your trip, after this your deposit will not be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• If you cancel the tour within 24 hours you will be required to pay the full amount.
• Payment by card must be arranged at the office prior to your trip (additional 24% on card payments over 300€), alternatively cash payment upon arrival on the harbour is accepted
• Please be on time for your trip, if you arrive late for your trip the time cannot be added at the end of your trip as this would exceed the captain’s hours and possibly the next person’s trip.
• Your tour is covered with full insurance
• Smoking is allowed onboard and drinking alcohol is allowed onboard
• The use of recreational drugs is forbidden and may result in a penalty
• The passenger is liable for damages caused by the passenger to the property/ their possessions
• Please report any accidents to your captain and they will provide you with the necessary first aid
• LuxurE Travel Zakynthos is not liable for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, prior, during or as a result of the trip. Exception to this is damage caused by a deliberate act or the gross negligence of LuxurE Travel
• All data collected is stored securely on password protected device, email address will not be shared with anyone else but may be used to contact you with future promotion
• LuxurE Travel Zakynthos reserves the right to hold and use images taken on the company cameras during tours. Please do not take photos you do not wish to be held by the company.
• Children fall under the responsibility of the parent(s)

Self Rent Bookings

• Booking times and day may be subject to change due to unsafe weather/sea conditions. You will always be notified if this is the case as soon as possible.

• If your booking is for any reason cancelled by us you will be issued a full refund

• If you choose to cancel your booking your deposit is fully refundable up to 10 days before the date of your trip, after this your deposit will not be refunded unless there are exceptional circumstances

• Please arrive on time for your rental, if you arrive late the time can not be extended

•  Your trip is covered with third party insurance and therefore any damages you make to the boat must be calculated and paid at the end of the trip

• Fuel comes to an extra cost at the end of your trip depending on the distance you have travelled, this will be calculated by measuring the fuel tanks and using our GPS Tracker.

• Payment by card must be prepaid at the office before your rental, fuel charges must be paid in cash at the end of your rental

• You will be given a demonstration lesson prior to leaving the port, you should make it aware at this point if you do not feel you are capable or need more explanation

• Please report any accidents on board to a member of staff at the end of the trip so we can replace any first aid equipment that has been used

• You must not take the boat to other islands without the permission of the company or a penalty will be issued on your return

• Smoking is not allowed onboard.

• Drinking alcohol is allowed onboard (however the driver is not permitted to drink alcohol)

• The use of recreational drugs is forbidden and may result in legal action.

• The passenger is liable for damages caused by the passenger to the property/ their possessions.
